一、滑觸線斷電

主要原因：電刷在導(dǎo)管中爬坡；電刷磨損嚴(yán)重，無法觸及導(dǎo)體；導(dǎo)體接頭不平整；單集電器使用；導(dǎo)軌接頭松脫。
The main reason: brush in the conduit climbing; brush wear serious, can not touch the conductor; the conductor joint roughness; single collector; rail joint loosening.
處理方法：檢測集電器是否磨損嚴(yán)重，更換集電器；更換電刷；重新調(diào)整連接節(jié)點(diǎn)；采用雙刷集電器；重新調(diào)整擰緊連接螺釘。
Treatment methods: detection of collector is badly worn, replace the collector; Replacement Brush; re adjust the connection; with double brush collector; re adjust, tighten the screw connection.
二、導(dǎo)軌變形，集電器運(yùn)動受阻

主要原因：環(huán)境溫度過高；提掛架間距大或松脫。

處理方法：局部采用隔熱板，室外加遮陽板；增加滑觸線提掛架數(shù)量，矯正導(dǎo)管，并擰緊螺釘。

三、工作時(shí)滑觸線晃動大

四、電刷磨損快

主要原因：接頭不平整；載流量過大；彈簧壓力大。

處理方法：按要求重新連接導(dǎo)軌；增加集電器數(shù)量；更換、修正彈簧壓力。

五、電刷側(cè)面擦傷

主要原因：電刷磨損，滑觸線集電器定為不正；牽引器的撥叉?zhèn)攘鬟f過大。
The main reason: brush wear, sliding touch line collector for it; the shifting fork side force of the tractor transmission is too large.
處理方法：更換、修正彈簧壓力；更換牽引撥叉或修正牽引器撥叉。
Processing method: replacement, correction spring pressure; replace the traction fork or modified tractor fork.
六、導(dǎo)軌內(nèi)有火花

主要原因：電刷表面與導(dǎo)軌接觸不良。
The main reason: brush the surface in contact with the rail side.
處理方法：檢測導(dǎo)軌接頭，適當(dāng)磨合電刷保證60%接觸面積。

七、滑觸線集電器行走有較大異響

主要原因：電流過大；接頭不平整。
